DESIGN FEATURES

TEKNOHEAT Indirect Hot Air Generator is an advanced Shell & Tube design heat exchanger technology. The generators are designed to ensure complete separation of combustion takes place in a combustion chamber and hot gases are made to exit into atmosphere through the chimney, hence the user equipment gets totally clean air without any contamination. These generators can be used for products where foreign particles are totally unacceptable.

TEKNOHEAT HAG Series is equipped with fully automatic burner and it switches ON & OFF automatically depending upon a preset tempreature controller. The virtue of TEKNOHEAT avoid continuous attention by specially trained boiler attendant during operation.

SAFETIES

Flame Failure: In the event of flame black-out due to conditions such as no fuel, burner clogging, incorrect tuning, low fuel tempreature, low pressure or no combustion air the unit will not fire, sound an alarm & go into lockout. The unit can only be fired after acceptance and removal of fault.
